This step-by-step guide is designed to help you publish your site to a Corpex NT server for the first time. A more general guide can be found in the FrontPage 2000 Help system.
The first thing to do is to select 'Publish Web...' from the File menu.

You'll get a dialog box like this:

Click on the 'Options' button.
You will see a dialog box like this:

You should enter your domain name in the box at the top - you should enter the full URL for your site. If this is the first time you are publishing your site to a Corpex NT server, you should select 'Publish all pages...'. You should also select 'Include subwebs'.
You should now have a dialog box looking a bit like this:

Obviously, you will have put your real domain name instead of 'mydomain.com'.... You can now press the 'Publish' button.
You should now see a dialog box like this one:

You should enter the username and password you requested when your site was setup. If you do not know these, you can contact our support team at support@corpex.com . Please note that we cannot tell you what your password is; if you cannot remember your password we will have to change it. For security reasons we require a fax on headed paper requesting any password change. Our fax number is +44 (0)845
050 1899.
If you have entered all the details correctly, FrontPage 2000 will then publish your site. You will see a dialog box like this one when it has finished:

If FrontPage gives you an error message instead, you should first double-check the settings in the first few steps. If you are sure that they are correct, you should then contact our support team - support@nt.corpex.com . |
