Start CuteFTP running, you should see a panel like this:

Open the Cuteftp Site Manager (The icon that looks like a book on the toolbar).

Click on the Add site button.

The Site Label can be whatever you wish, but we suggest using www.yourdomain.com
The Host Address is ftp.yourdomain.com .
The User ID is as provided.
The Password is as provided.
The Host Type should be set to Auto-Detect (the default).
Leave all the other fields blank.
Make sure the radio button for Normal login is dotted.

Once you have done this and clicked "OK" you will now see the session saved for future use:

Make sure it is highlighted and click the "connect" button.

Once connected, you will see two main sections. The left hand panel shows files on your PC, the right hand side shows files on the server.

To upload your files, make sure that you are in the www directory, by double clicking on the "www" folder listed.

Highlight the files you wish to transfer. To transfer from your PC to the server, click the up facing arrow, to "upload". To transfer from the server to your PC, click the down facing arrow, for "download."
